Kuhayo delivers orders to designated provincial locations. Delivery times are estimates and may vary.
Orders must be picked up at the specified location. Please ensure you present the order QR code at the time of pick-up.
Refunds are issued as account credits, which can be used for future orders. You may also request to have the refund transferred to your GCash account. Alternatively, you can visit our physical location to receive a cash refund.

For online payments, if you cancel your order before it is processed, a refund will be issued to your Kuhayo account, minus the Merchant Discount Rate (MDR). The MDR, typically around 3%, is a fee paid to the online payment gateway provider by Kuhayo and cannot be recovered once a transaction is made.
For cash payments, if you cancel your order before it is processed, you will receive a full refund. The refund amount will be credited to your Kuhayo account, which can be used for future orders.
All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of Kuhayo or its content suppliers and is protected by intellectual property laws. Any images, logos, and trademarks related to restaurants featured on our website are the property of their respective owners and are used for identification and descriptive purposes only. Kuhayo does not claim any ownership over these third-party materials, and their use does not imply any endorsement or affiliation unless explicitly stated.
